Servara Group was born out of the real challenges faced by founder Jack Baldwin throughout his career as a professional footballer. With over eight relocations during his playing years, Jack experienced firsthand how stressful and time-consuming moving home could be — especially while trying to stay focused on peak performance. From overpriced insurance premiums simply because of his job title, to being targeted with inflated costs for everyday services, it became clear that being a professional came with unnecessary complications off the pitch.

Servara was created to change that — offering a discreet, bespoke concierge service built on trust, transparency, and genuine care. The name itself, Servara, is drawn from Latin roots meaning to serve and to watch over — a reflection of our mission to support our clients with integrity, efficiency, and understanding.
